MP3Juice is a search interface that indexes links to third-party content. We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been linked or made available through our service without authorization, you may submit a valid DMCA Takedown Notice using the form below.

2) What to Include in a Valid Notice
- Your full legal name and contact information (email and address).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (title, artist, links to official source).
- The exact URL(s) on our site that allegedly infringe your rights.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate under penalty of perjury, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or digital signature (typed full name is acceptable for online submissions).
Submitting false claims may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).

4) Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including your full contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a sworn statement of good faith, jurisdiction consent, and your signature.
Send counter-notices via the Contact page or reply to the takedown confirmation email with the required details.
5) Repeat Infringers
Where applicable, we may limit or disable access to users who repeatedly submit or link infringing content, consistent with the DMCA and our Terms of Use.
6) Processing & Timing
Valid notices are reviewed in the order received. If complete and facially valid, we will make a reasonable effort to remove or disable access and notify the user who posted it. Incomplete notices may be delayed or rejected.
